What types of product do you offer?

At Posh & Stick, we sell stickers, apparel, drinkware, and stationery that provide positive and uplifting messages, sayings, or words.

Our stickers are printed on high-quality waterproof vinyl sticker paper.

Our apparel is all customized designs that are professional heat-pressed in-house using materials that do not fade away.

Our drinkware products are durable lasting products designed for your favorite beverages. We recommend taking gentle care of the drinkware products and do not place in dishwashers.

Our stationery products are all custom designed using high-quality paper products.

Do you offer custom products?

Absolutely! We specialize in custom designs and creations. Our custom products are only related to stickers, apparel, or stationery.

Placing an Order

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply select the product you want, choose your customizations, and select "Add to Cart." You can access your cart by going to the icon in the top upper right hand corner of your screen. Once in your cart, select "Checkout" to place an order.

Can I cancel or make changes to an order place?

Orders can be canceled or modified within a short timeframe after placing your order. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible for assistance.

Shipping

When will I receive my item(s)?

Our current processing time is 4 to 7 business days. All orders will be processed within this time period. Sometimes, we can ship out sooner! We are a true small business and operate as only one person. Also, all orders will receive automated tracking information. If you have any questions on when you will receive your order, please reach out to us. Thank you so much for your patience.

Where do you ship to?

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status and location of your shipment. If for any reason, you are unable to receive your tracking, please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We do not accept any returns, cancellations, or exchanges for any products purchased at our store. This includes final sales, clearance, and discounted items.

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or color choice. Please make sure to double-check your order, including your address, before completing the purchase.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Please contact us within (7) days for any products that are damaged or defective. Make sure to also provide us with photogenic evidence.
