At Posh & Stick, we are committed to providing our customers with the best shopping experience. To maintain the quality of our products and ensure the satisfaction of our customers, we have established a “No Returns” and/or “No Exchanges” Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Refunds or No Exchanges:
We do not accept any returns, cancellations, or exchanges for any products purchased at our store. This includes final sales, clearance, and discounted items. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or color choice. Please make sure to double-check your order, including your address, before completing the purchase.
Exceptions:
- DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE: In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within [7 days] of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or a refund, at our discretion. All damaged or defective items must be submitted with photographic evidence of the product's condition upon receipt.
